Going thru reorg again

We are having a reorganisation effective 1st Jul 2007. Confirmation are coming in bits and pieces and today Director finally announced where we are moving forward in the future. It have been confirmed our team (the only one) will be reporting to Global while the rest still report to our Director. We will be dotted line reporting to him. So what's the rationale for this arrangement? "To have a harmonised structure & process alighning with Global". We will be called Variant Managment from 1st July and our job scope might change but no confirmation on this yet. We will still physically sitting in SG office supporting APAC countries. Same office, same boss and same colleagues ... hmmm ... so what causes my moodiness? Guess I'm just tired of adapting to changes again. Have gone thru one 3 yrs ago hence have kind of settle down and also getting used to my current role & responsibilities since I moved on to this new role 1 yr old. Well, will have to face the challenges and move on .. hope changes is not big and my motive everyday will still be the same - "Take 8am bus to work and catch 5.30pm bus home" **grin grin**
